Before we start working together, I offer a discovery call where I share a bit more about my approach and chat about what you want to get from the coaching. Typically this is 30 minutes.
1:1 coaching can be done in person in Brighton, London or Cotswolds or on Zoom. Team and group coaching, or retreat workshops are online or on location.
Each coaching session lasts between 1.5-2 hours, for 6 sessions. We meet fortnightly to begin with for the first 3 sessions, and we can then meet monthly after that if you prefer.
Six-eight sessions are ideal if you want to navigate change. unblock barriers, explore possibilities and create an action plan. We’ll agree what you want to get from your coaching – an overall goal – and then set a series of mini goals to help you get there. We’ll explore the issue you’re tackling, what matters most to you, your values, your beliefs and assumptions, some of which may no longer serve you. We’ll imagine into the future, and then co-create a plan to help you bring your new approach to life. In between sessions, there will be some prep ahead of the next session. I provide notes after each session, workbooks, videos, and you can contact me between sessions for increased accountability.
