A few years ago I was in a real slump, I was stuck, had lost confidence, wasn’t enjoying work, it was bleeding into life at home. Because that’s what happens when we lose our way. I knew I had to get clarity, I wanted to feel excited again, and live aligned to my true self.

Fast forward 10 years and I left my 25 year award-winning marketing and strategy career, retrained as a Business and Life Coach & Mentor, and I help people navigate that path of change, build their business, lead with confidence. And most importantly of all, they learn to thrive again.

If you’re at a crossroads in work or life, if you’re finally ready to evolve your business, or maybe start your own after years of being at home or in a different career, here is how I can help. I have gradually built up my coaching and mentoring business to focus on the following.

Most of my work is with people who are in the creative industries or health/beauty.

Highly successful creatives – people taking their business in a new direction. Many have a clear sense of what they want, they need a champion, someone to challenge them, someone to hold space and mentor/coach, break things down to get a clearer sense of direction and overcome the confidence dents.

New/fledgling creative businesses – the majority of these are female led. Having helped run a social media marketing agency in my previous career, with expertise in client success, strategy, sales and marketing, I guide them to create the strongest foundations for their business and set themselves up for growth. Many of these clients are brilliant at their creative talent but don’t know how to turn this into a successful business.

Career change – lots of people want help to change direction in their career/work life to find something more meaningful that fits with life’s juggle, or they are navigating the rise into senior leadership, or leaving corporates all together.

Life coaching – for those big life transitions where we need professional support, to get onto a rewarding path ahead.

The majority of my work is bespoke 1:1, in person in Brighton, Cotswolds and surrounding area, or London, or zoom globally. I have clients in the US, Australia, South Africa, Sweden, and across Europe. I also have two wonderful groups you might enjoy: CREATE and GATHER
